One itinerary shows how travel, check-in, meals, and sessions affect each other. Group arrivals, add buffers where the group is large, and send every supplier the same version of the schedule.

A 15-minute walk, a group check-in, or a late transfer can undo a well-designed session. For each move, confirm duration, capacity, accessibility, luggage, weather, and a fallback.
