Terms of the offer

All prices are in euros, final, and include the tourist tax. The applicable VAT rate is 0%.

The offer is valid for 15 days from the date of sending.

The transport price is calculated based on diesel up to €1.60/l. In case of an increase, the Tour Operator may adjust the price in accordance with the law and the contract.

The offer includes full organization and management of the event, unless otherwise agreed.

Additional services outside the offer are agreed and paid for separately.

After confirmation of the reservation, a contract is concluded guaranteeing the booking.

Within 3 days after signing the contract, the Client pays 50% of the total service amount. The remaining balance is paid no later than 15 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed.

Changes or cancellations without penalty are possible up to 21 days before check-in, unless the contract provides otherwise.

In case of cancellation later than 10 days before the event or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation value is due.
